Design Drop – Quality, Customization, & Customer Satisfaction
At Design Drop, our mission is to deliver premium, customized products that match your
expectations. We understand that, occasionally, things may not go as planned. That’s why
we’ve laid out a fair and transparent Return & Refund Policy to address any such concerns.
Returns – Eligibility & Guidelines
We currently accept returns only under the following specific circumstances:
● The product received was damaged during transit.
● You received the wrong item or incorrect size from what was ordered.
To initiate a return request, the following conditions must be met:
● A clear unboxing video must be provided that:
○ Starts before the package is opened.
○ Clearly shows the issue (damage or incorrect product).
● The return request must be raised within 5 to 7 days of receiving the product.
To be Noted that :
● As all products are made-to-order and personalized, we do not accept returns for
reasons such as change of mind, dislike of design, or incorrect customization input
provided by the customer.
● Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Order Cancellations & Charges
● Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once the shipping process is initiated,
the order is considered active and cannot be cancelled without a charge.
● If a cancellation is requested after the order has been shipped, a flat fee of ₹100 will
be deducted from the refund amount. This covers packaging, handling, and shipping
costs.
Refunds – Process & Timelines
Refunds are issued only after a thorough evaluation by our customer support team. Once your
return request and accompanying proof (unboxing video) are reviewed and approved:
Refund Method:
● Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be made to the original payment method (UPI,
Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, etc.).
● Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be issued via UPI ID or Bank Transfer,
as provided by the customer.
Processing Timeline:
● Once approved, the refund process will be initiated within 7–10 business days.
We’ll keep you informed at every step of the process. If any additional verification is needed, our
team will reach out promptly.
